We accept returns under the following conditions:

Return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

All original tags and packaging must be intact.

A clear unboxing video is required for damaged or wrong product claims.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

We offer exchanges for:

Wrong item delivered
Exchange request must be made within 3 days of delivery confirmation.
Delivery charge for exchange:

If the mistake is from the customer (size selection), customer bears delivery cost.

If the mistake is from our side (wrong/damaged product), we cover the exchange delivery cost.

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

Product is out of stock after payment

Verified damaged or wrong product and replacement is unavailable
Refund Process:
