We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • A clear unboxing video is required for damaged or wrong product claims.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues

  • Damaged products

  • Wrong item delivered

Exchange request must be made within 3 days of delivery confirmation.

Delivery charge for exchange:

  • If the mistake is from the customer (size selection), customer bears delivery cost.

  • If the mistake is from our side (wrong/damaged product), we cover the exchange delivery cost.

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Product is out of stock after payment

  • Verified damaged or wrong product and replacement is unavailable

Refund Process:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval.

  • Refund method will be discussed (Mobile Banking / Bank Transfer).

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by us.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or washed products

  • Products damaged by customer misuse

  • Discounted or clearance sale items (unless damaged)
